We exist for the betterment of our sport: warm water angling. Our goals are to educate, restore, and conserve. We want to educate anglers about the need to act responsibly, restore our waters to former glory, and conserve our fisheries and habitats for future generations.

ways and means

We would all like to have a trophy fishery just out our back door, or even at our favorite lake. However, to be a bit more realistic, we should be glad to have an opportunity to experience good fisheries in our area.
The OBBAC is trying, one step at a time, to ensure we leave quality fisheries behind us. To that end, we would like to invite everyone who visits this site to suggest a project that would make a better fishery, educate a youth, or even an advanced angler, about warm water fishing, or conserve an existing fishery.
It is written that Confucius once said, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” We must take that first step through basic, necessary steps, i.e. structure, plantings, stocking, regulations, etc. Visit the page here that gives you a “project suggestion form”, download it, then fax it or mail it to us, and we will let you know the feasibility of your suggestion.
